New York Shopping Outfit 5+6
Oh long time no see everyone, I got busy with the fabulous life of Laura working as a waitress so I forgot all about writing the last post of my New York Shopping.
As not many of you know, I love Michael Kors and since I was in New York I felt it was perfect and (cheaper) for me to buy something that Michael Kors himself designed. While walking and looking through his collection my eyes captured this fantastic black shirt I couldn’t get my eyes...
Oversize Shirts
This summer it’s all about the oversize shirt, so If you have a boyfriend with a sense of style, you can always borrow his shirt and make it chic. Thanks to Céline, Rag & Bone, DKNY, Givenchy, J.Crew, and a slew of young designers, the overscale shirt is now in full active service on many fashion fronts. If your boyfriend’s shirts aren’t fashionable enough I recommend you the Hawaiin-, western-, pajama- prints, even the banker’s...
New York Outfit 3+4
My third day of New York shopping and today I have once again clothes from Forever 21 and Mystique stor. As a happy shoppoholic we don’t have Forever 21 in Sweden, so we have to buy it online (which I never do because I love to try my clothes I buy).
The striped shirt I bought in Mystique store, matches perfect with my spring jacket that I bought in Forever 21.

New York outfit 2
Because I love, Love, I had to buy the tank, especially now when spring is on its way in Sweden. It’s a spimle yet fresh tank that you can combine with shorts. Imagine this on a hot summer day you wearing; a pair of shorts, the Love for rent tank, a pair of converse, a nice bag and some cool rings, and don’t forget ice cream to go.

New York outfit 1
Three weeks ago I felt like buying myself a real nice vacation, and so I did. The week after I left Sweden and flied to New York to get inspired by fashion. Knowing that New York is one of the biggest capital cities in fashion industry made me even more happy and the fact that the city is full of people with different aspects in fashion.
The trip went well and I enjoyed every moment of it, especially the favourite part where I went crazy and spent...

The futuristic look
It’s not an ordinary week in New York, It’s Fashion Week filled with stress, tears, laughter, happiness and for some there is sorrow.
While I’m stuck in Sweden, there are those who’re sitting front row and observing every move right now. Unfair? In my opinion, yes.
Now that I’m 25 I feel I’m more mature, so I was looking for a collection that could inspire me, wanting to be more proper and edgy, and so I did. I...
Karl Lagerfeld competition
My name is Laura and I am a FrockOn fashion writer, and as a fashion writer I love beautiful clothes. That’s why I entered a competition so I can learn more about fashion from one of the biggest designers; Karl Lagerfeld. What I need from all of you is a vote, and trust me every vote counts. If I’ll be the lucky winner I will fly to Paris and be Karl Lagerfeld’s assistent for a day, and not only an assistent, but also get the oppertunity...
frockOn 5: Laura Interviews NYC Actress Candice Guardin
Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it’s the quiet voice at the end of the day that’s saying,”Try again tomorrow”. As I writer I believe that one writes the best things by writing the truth from its own perspective. It’s about getting inspired by others, meeting new people and learning new things in life.
I got the chance to interview a fabulous woman, a fashionista, an artist and an actress. Yes, I am talking...
Victoria’s Secret Angels
The year was 2004 and I was 17 years old.
I remember it as if it was yesterday when I sat in my room and watched a beautiful show with angels from above. I remember me thinking “One day I will be an angel, just like them”.
As a girl interested in fashion I’ve seen hundred catwalk shows but never had I seen a show with women who laugh, enjoy and act goofy without looking stupid. Well there’s is a good point in the...
